How do I return the core part of a product for a core deposit refund?Updated 4 months ago

When you purchase a product with a core exchange, you can return the original (core) part by either using your own preferred courier or allowing us to provide prepaid RMA labels for the return. If we arrange the shipping, the cost will be deducted from your core deposit refund. We recommend requesting a prepaid label from us, as we can access commercial shipping rates, which are often significantly lower than the rates offered by local couriers.
